nGenX has been our IT solution since we opened our plant in 2004, which has kept our IT costs under control. Office Anywhere eliminates the need for us to hire an IT resource or maintain and manage any network infrastructure.
Before our relationship with nGenx, when we would hire a new employee, I would have to spend an entire day setting up a computer. Thanks to nGenX, this time has been reduced from 8 hours to 5 minutes. Now, all I need to do is purchase the laptop, and call nGenX with the new employee's username and password. From there, nGenx handles the rest. More importantly, with nGenx taking care of the network, security, software updates, licensing agreements and overall IT support, my day can be spent running the business.
nGenX is our IT department. They support all of our technology needs which takes a huge burden off me. I no longer have to worry about managing software, network security or our daily data backups, which just happen with no hassle or time expended.
