nGenx Senior Management
Albert E. Cinelli, Chairman of the Board
Al may have come from the modest roots of an Italian community in Eastern Pennsylvania, but he was born with a keen eye for success. He worked his way through Lafayette College and Columbia law school. A successful corporate lawyer, Al built his career using his intelligence, exceptional negotiation skills and the hard work and determination fostered by his immigrant parents. As a lawyer his greatest success came through the efforts he put forth in helping grow Kansas City based, Marion Labs from $100 million in sales to more than $1 billion in sales. After “retiring” in 1984, Al focused these same God-given talents toward a small telecom company he had acquired and recently sold to the publically trade company, Windstream Communications, for $818 million in 2010. Today, Al sets the long term vision for nGenx, specifically focusing on the technologies the company deploys.
“nGenx is on the same side of the table with each of our customers.
We are not simply a service provider but a partner to our customers.”
Robert A. Bye, President
Whether functioning as a corporate lawyer or the competitive ski jumper he was during his youth, Bob looks for the thrill and challenge in life and aggressively pursues it. Prior to joining nGenx, Bob worked as general counsel for a telecom affiliated with nGenx. When AT&T, BellSouth and Ameritech breached a contract, he never backed down, bringing home victories against them all. Al recognized the “natural athlete” in Bob and asked him to lead nGenx. Bob leads nGenx with the same sense of adventure and tenacity that he learned ski jumping. Not technical by training, today, Bob understands the industry better than most CTOs because he gets it as both a technical and non-technical end user. His mission: keep nGenx at the forefront of technology and grow our reach, and he continues to be thrilled by its ever-changing nature.
“nGenx provides innovative solutions that allow organizations
to optimize the new IT landscape and deliver our core services faster,
more efficiently and with greater collaboration.”
Dave Gibson, COO
Dave has spent just under 20 years building and running various service provider organizations in the Telecom and Technology sector. Having managed and built organizations ranging from Engineering and Network Operations to Accounting and Regulatory, his approach is a simple belief in Pearson’s Law. “That which is measured improves, when measurements are provided back to staff, the rate of improvement accelerates”. By holding himself and his staff accountable to setting and delivering on customer expectations as well as properly communicating to Customer and Partners “how to do business with nGenx”, Dave is focused on driving a change in how IT Professionals and Organizations view customers. When he is not tinkering with metrics and reports, you can usually find him with his family spending time on the lake or golfing.
“We are a Service Provider first, Technology Company second.”
Lohn Weber, CFO
For more than 15 years, Lohn has led the accounting and financing teams for nGenx and its former parent company QComm. From the beginning his direct focus has always been to raise the funds needed to feed the company’s growth engine; thus far he has raised more than $100 million. An endurance sport enthusiast, Lohn routinely runs 50 mile races and kayaks across entire states. His fanaticism for endurance only adds to his drive to push nGenx to the limits of our success. Being the “money man” requires much of the same discipline as an endurance athlete. At nGenx, Lohn maintains his focus on the bottom line while continuing to set direction for our overall financial goals.
“Having managed the finances of a technology company for so long,
I understand how challenging it can be to raise the necessary capital for large IT initiatives.
Cloud computing can eliminate that entire process and allow the business to
implement its cost-savings or income-generating solution more rapidly.”
Grant Terrell, Director of Sales
Grant Terrell brings 10 successful years of Sales and Sales Management experience into his role as the Director of Sales with nGenx. His direct responsibilities include increasing revenue through both the direct and partner organizations, as well as maintaining the nGenx partner portfolio. Prior to his role at nGenx, Grant spent 9 years with AT&T leading various sales organizations in driving revenue by implementing the latest technologies. Through this experience, Grant identifies the evolving cloud service market, and embraces the revolution.
“Our solutions simplify IT while achieving the mobility business needs of today.”
Brooke Huling, Director of Product Management and Marketing
Brooke comes to nGenx with over 12 years of product strategy, marketing, customer communication, and accounting experience. She was formerly at Sage where she was the Sr. Product Manager for the Nonprofit and Government ERP and Grant Management product lines, the Sage NPS Hosting solutions, as well as all white label and OEM relationships for the ERP portfolio. Brooke’s passion is driving exceptional products into the consumer market while improving their day-to-day with technology. She also recognizes the need for software companies to provide their end-users with secure and robust cloud based solutions.
“Providing a truely unique desktop and software experience, in the cloud,
accessible by any device, is without a doubt the next era in software deployment
and mobile computing.”
