- Application Engineer

Location:                 Various

Primary responsibility for this position is to ensure high quality and performance delivery of hosted applications on nGenx platforms.

· Responsible for the engineering and support of application delivery in the nGenx platform including but not limited to new application sales discovery, installation, maintenance and support.

· Recommend and implement best practices for future deployment and support of service infrastructure relating to Application Delivery.

· Create and manage complex change control guidelines and intercommunication between teams to ensure the successful deployment of changes can occur from test to production environments.

· Responsible for reporting progress to upper management and accurately tracking deliverables.

· Manage and maintain virtualization platforms.

· Responsible for inventory management and accuracy.

· Serve as escalation point for Customer Support

· May be required to assist with other operational issues as the need arises.

- Partner Support

Location:              Evansville, IN

Experience:         2+ years in Account Management and Support

nGenx is committed to the success of our partners and we are looking to add qualified personnel to our Partner Support and Training team.   This position is to  be an advocate for our partners and their customers and will be the primary interface for post sales issues.   We are looking for candiates that posses strong organization and follow up skills who can manage partner expecations and align them with nGenx deliverables.

Support Technician (Tier I and Tier II Support Staff)

Location:              Evansville, IN

Experience:          2-5+ years in IT Help Desk and/or Technical Support

The Customer Support Tech position is the first and second level of support for billing and technical issues and the initial contact for nGenx customers.  These positions are the entry point for all technical positions within nGenx.  We have a track record of promoting to higher levels within the company based upon skill level and a desire to learn rather than seniority.  nGenx is experiencing tremendous growth and we are interested in candidates that are willing to be dedicated professionals.

- Network Operations Staff

Location:              Evansville, IN

Experience:          2-5+ years in Network Adminstration or Support with focus on Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, Server Virtualization or Cisco Nexus

The primary responsibilities for these positions are to provide operational support for the nGenx network infrastructure and data centers.  nGenx is looking for experienced technical staff in the areas of Application Delivery,  Server Infrastructure and Route/Switch Network.    Daily duties will include but are not limited to  managing network capacity, responding to system alerts,  assisting Customer Support Technicians in trouble shooting customer issues as needed, and updating network documentation and systems.

Experience:          5+ years in Citrix Application Delivery, Cisco Route/Switch, Server Vitualization or Microsoft Server Infrastructure

nGenx is looking for experienced personnel to add to our Engineering staff.   Candidates will be considered for Engineering positions based their ability to demonstrate a deep understanding in Application Delivery, Route/Switch Networks or Server and  Server Virtualization Technology.    The Engineering department is key to new product development and keeping nGenx on the forefront of technology as well as providing a solid foundation for nGenx products and services.
