Application Engineer

Location:                 Various

Primary responsibility for this position is to ensure high quality and performance delivery of hosted applications on nGenx platforms.

- Responsible for the engineering and support of application delivery in the nGenx platform including but not limited to new application sales discovery, installation, maintenance and support.
- Recommend and implement best practices for future deployment and support of service infrastructure relating to Application Delivery.
- Create and manage complex change control guidelines and intercommunication between teams to ensure the successful deployment of changes can occur from test to production environments.
- Responsible for reporting progress to upper management and accurately tracking deliverables.
- Manage and maintain virtualization platforms.
- Responsible for inventory management and accuracy.
- Serve as escalation point for Customer Support.
- May be required to assist with other operational issues as the need arises.

Support Technician (Tier I and Tier II Support Staff)

Location:              Evansville, IN

Experience:          2-5+ years in IT Help Desk and/or Technical Support

The Customer Support Tech position provides first and second level of support for billing and technical issues and the initial contact for nGenx customers.  These positions are the entry point for all technical positions within nGenx.  We have a track record of promoting to higher levels within the company based upon skill level and a desire to learn, rather than seniority.  nGenx is experiencing tremendous growth, and we are interested in candidates who are dedicated professionals.

Network Operations Staff

Location:              Evansville, IN

Experience:          2-5+ years in Network Administration or Support with focus on Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, Server Virtualization or Cisco Nexus

The primary responsibilities for this position is to provide operational support for the nGenx network infrastructure and data centers.  nGenx is looking for experienced technical staff in the areas of Application Delivery,  Server Infrastructure and Route/Switch Network.  Daily duties will include but are not limited to managing network capacity, responding to system alerts,  assisting Customer Support Technicians in trouble shooting customer issues as needed, and updating network documentation and systems.
